As an agent, you can edit user details including data that users see in their profile.
This can be accessed by:
- Tickets: In ticket view, clicking on the user's name in the sidebar in ticker view, user profile
- People: Right clicking on the ⋮ button to the right of the user and selecting Edit Profile
- User profile: Clicking the pencil icon by User Participation
Users can see and edit the following information in the user portal:
Name, Emails, job title, organization, organization website and time zone.
Agents see can that and a lot more in the admin panel:
Change desired details in the user profile and click Save.
Agents can also edit their own profiles in the same fashion.
