Editing user profile details

Learn all about your profile here

As an agent, you can edit user details including data that users see in their profile.

This can be accessed by:

  •  Tickets: In ticket view, clicking on the user's name in the sidebar in ticker view, user profile
  •  People: Right clicking on the ⋮ button to the right of the user and selecting Edit Profile
  •  User profile: Clicking the pencil icon by User Participation

Users can see and edit the following information in the user portal:

Name, Emails, job title, organization, organization website and time zone.

Agents see can that and a lot more in the admin panel:

Change desired details in the user profile and click Save.

Agents can also edit their own profiles in the same fashion.
