Editing user profile details

As an agent, you can edit user details that users see in their profile.

This can be accessed by:

  • Tickets page: In ticket view, clicking on the user's name in the sidebar in ticker view, user profile
  • People page: Right clicking on the ⋮ button to the right of the user and selecting Edit Profile
  • User profile: Clicking the pencil icon by User Participation

Users can see and edit the following information:

Name, Emails, job title, organization, organization website and time zone.

Agents see can that and a lot more:

Change desired details in the user profile and click Save.

Agents can also edit their own profiles in the same fashion.
