Searching for all tickets submitted by a customer

It is easy to find all tickets opened by a particular person in Helprace. Just run this search:

You can use user's email as a Filter:

requester:alexawilliams@example.com

or search by full user name or its part:

requester:"Alexa Williams"

requester:Williams

Please note that searching by email is more accurate, because every email is unique and matches only one user. Searching by first or last name is less accurate and may return tickets submitted by other users.
