Adding a link to a topic

Occasionally you might need to refer to an existing community or knowledge base topic.

When editing a topic in the admin panel, click on the arrow next to the link button and select Link to topic

Start with typing a title of the topic you'd like to use. Select the topic with your mouse or keyboard.

Once you've selected the article, you'll see this dialog:

Clicking the article title opens it in a preview window, so you could ensure it's the right one.

You can change article by clicking the X and selecting a different article.

The Anchor option allows you to link to a desired area of the article (assuming there is an anchor).

This works for all community topics (questions, ideas, problems, praise), updates and knowledge base articles.
