Hide Tickets module from some customers
When creating the platform for a customer base, is it possible to have some customers have access to the knowledge base only and have other users have access to both?
When creating the platform for a customer base, is it possible to have some customers have access to the knowledge base only and have other users have access to both?
It is not possible to deny access to the tickets for some customers ATM because customers do not need to be authenticated to submit a ticket. Thus Helprace may not know if they are allowed to submit tickets.
