I want to add users from one company/organization together, so that they could have access to certain shared content (e.g. tickets or spaces).

I’m happy to announce this feature is finally out!
Organizations gives you the ability to view not only tickets, but community posts & knowledge base participation on an organizational level. Restrict content to organization members too.
You can also allow organization members to participate on tickets together.
