Tickets visibility within Organization

I would like users of the same organization to see each other's requests. This is a very obvious feature that I don't see anywhere and it's not even discussed as far as I can search.

I’m happy to announce this feature is finally out!

Organizations gives you the ability to view tickets on an organizational level. You can also allow organization members to participate on tickets together.

Thank you for asking. We're considering this an important feature and I'm sure we'll have it at some point. For now, users can add their colleagues to CC and all agent replies to the ticket will be sent to CCed emails.
