We are understanding that your team has the blocking option to block users from logging in or posting to the forums.
We think it would be a good idea when we block a user that it stops emails(Tickets) from their email address.
When we block a contact, that means we no longer want to pursue their business and we no longer want to support them.
From now on Helprace won't accept emails from blocked users. They will receive an automated message saying that their email has been rejected.

By the way, if that's just a spam ticket, you should click the ... menu and select the 'Spam' option in the ticket list.
