YouTrack integration

It would be great if it were possible to integrate Helprace with other Ticket Tracking Systems such as YouTrack
the set up would be like this for instance:  1st-Level is using Helprace; 2nd-Level and other stages are using YouTrack 

1st-Level Support is using Helprace with e-mail integration and it's features - the tickets, that they create and that need to be forwarded to 2nd Level support are integrated in YouTrack   vice versa if a status on a ticket is updated in YouTrack, Helprace users are able to see that something has changed   so that they don't need to contact 2nd Level all the time to check on progress
