Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration
I'm loving Helprace so far, but I was wondering if there are any plans on an integration between Helprace and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (2015) in the future?

I just wanted to let you guys know that we are one small step forward towards having this integration by releasing the Apps feature. There are only Apps developed by us at the moment, but we will be working in the future to allow 3rd-party developers to add their Apps too.
4 hours ago, wow, I just signed up and was wondering about this feature. Adding users and clicking invite, is not something that I would like to do, my customers are lazy, and just want to send an email for support. But it would be nice, to add companies rather than users, and all the submitted emails by the company or user can be viewed under their profile, along with notes about this customer. I charge for support and Time tracking and billing integration, will make this complete. I am currently with helpscout, and I love their simplicity, but I hate the simplicity at the same time, no organization for all the emails. I have tried just about all the apps out there, and its always cereal and no milk, meaning they have alot of features, but missing main important ones. HelpMonks, was looking real promising, but something as simple as adding an attachment to a reply was not a feature. Freshdesk looked close, but I again do not like the ticketing system with numbers etc etc, want to make it feel like email for the customer. Sellsy, has it all, but the UI is very confusing, with too too much going on.
