Can I make requests visible on an organizational level?

I would like users of the same organization to see each other's requests. This is a very obvious feature that I don't see anywhere and it's not even discussed as far as I can search.

Thank you for asking. We're considering this an important feature and I'm sure we'llĀ have it at some point. For now, users can add their colleagues to CC and all agent replies to the ticket will be sent to CCed emails.
