Is it possible for me to display information about a particular client in the Tickets interface?
I would like to pull some information (which would be coming from my own site, e.g. via an API) that could be displayed when opening a ticket.
I want to see by clicking on a ticket various information from my system about the particular client.
You can pull client information from your site now, so it would be displayed on a client's ticket.

Although it is not possible right now, we're moving in that direction. We're overhauling the tickets module and will add a panel with customer information, such as other tickets, satisfaction rating, etc. Later we would be looking to add ability to pull data from other sources and display it on this panel.
