Ticket counters are a way to notify agents of new tickets - or tickets of importance. Ticket counters show the number of tickets in a badge counter within the favicon and on the Tickets button in the menu.
Ticket reminders allow you to set the date and time when you want a ticket to be reopened. This is particularly useful when you want to put off working on a ticket to a later time.
