Change account name (subdomain)

Is it possible to change the subdomain in the portal URL?

We do not support changing account name/subdomain. You should create a new account with a desired subdomain.

By the way, if you subscribe to a paid plan, you can use your own domain as your portal URL (domain alias). Learn more.
