New Collaboration Feature: Agent Collision Detection

Hi there!

Have you ever responded to a ticket only to find out that another agent replied to it a moment ago? Not anymore!

Today Helprace gained an awesome feature that makes collaboration super easy: agent collision detection. It alerts agents when other agents are viewing or updating the same ticket.

This helps prevent multiple agents from replying or modifying a ticket at the same time.
