Syntax Highlighting and RTL support
Good morning!
We have updated Helprace today with another set of features and improvements.
Syntax highlighting
From now on Helprace supports inserting code snippets with syntax highlighting, a long-awaited feature for some of our customers (we understand why!)
If you don't see your programming or markup language there and would like to see it added, just let us know. We'll add it with pleasure.
RTL support
As you may have already noticed, we added a whole lot of new languages recently. We wanted Helprace to properly support as many languages as possible, so we added right-to-left (RTL) support as part of this update. It turns on automatically when you switch to an RTL language. It also changes the orientation of the user interface and sets direction within the fields according to user input.
Translation of the Helprace UI to Arabic is already available. Hebrew will be up and running in the coming days, too.
Article and topic sorting in the Admin Panel
We also improved the way Knowledge Base articles and Community items are sorted (by default) in the Admin Panel. From now on you'll see the most recently updated topics and articles at the top whenever you call up the Knowledge Base or Community channels (this includes Updates, Questions, Ideas, Problems, Praise and All Topics). Also, if you changed the order of your articles within a folder, they will be shown in the correct order immediately when that folder is opened.
Not bad for two weeks' work since our last update, huh? ;)
