Exporting tickets
How can the tickets in our Helprace account be exported for archiving? Something like a csv or tab delimited file would work.

Although there is no ticket export in Helprace yet, there is an option to export community posts. You can do that on the "Community" page in the Admin Panel: How to import and export data in bulk from Helprace
