Get Custom Fields in Ticket API

Is it possible to retrieve the custom fields and their data when using the api to get the ticket information.

This feature is not currently available. But now we are already working on expanding the API and custom ticket fields will soon be supported in it.

New API includes ticket custom fields as well as their management. Feel free to give it a try.
