Can i mark a question as answered without admin panel?
I find annoying the need to go into the Admin Panel to mark (as admin) a question as "answered", is there any way to do this from the "user" view?

Unfortunately, no. You would need to do this in the admin panel. I'd love to have this feature too. Let me convert it to an idea to help it get user votes.
