User portal customization (allow custom CSS styles and HTML templates editing)

It would be nice to have an ability to upload custom CSS Stylesheets to customer portal for better customization.

Help With Branding and Customization!

How do I change the color, layout, and look of the HelpDesk?

I agree that this is a nice to have feature. We'll probably add it in med-term.

As we compare it to Freshdesk, we think your solution is great as voting is more upfront and your GUI looks modern. UserVoice's product management tool for setting up ideas and voting is simply too expensive. Freshdesk and UserVoice, although are great how you can set up CSS and portal HTML files, please let this be your example.

Additional rebranding features (CSS/HTML)

I think it would be great to make the customer portal feel more related in style to the original website (for example we use a dark theme, and Helprace web seems just like the opposite style). I know this is not trivial, but giving access to edit the header, background and footer html/css would be something not so difficult and it could help a lot to mitigate the problem.

Additional improvements could define editable templates for the rest of the blocks, custom javascript, etc(for paid plans).

I agree that this is a really nice feature

We've started development of this feature. We're planning to allow Helprace customers to add their CSS stylesheets, header and footer, and adding HTML code to the <head> element.

You can start with uploading custom CSS and adding your header and footer to Helprace user portal and widget now. Here is how to get started: User portal customization
