is it possible to do url redirect, ex. when click on a Service Space link (ex. http://support.helprace.com/s1-help-center), will redirect to the a locale service link, ex. http://support.helprace.com/fr/s1-help-center

this way seems more user friendly than ask user to add a locale code in the URL ...

Thank you for your suggestion. We're thinking of a more global approach to multilingual portal: Multilingual content and templates. Please vote for that idea, if you support the concept or add a comment there if you feel that it should e done differently. Thanks!

Although this is not available in user options, user can add a language identifier to the URL to see it in a desired language (if it is available). E.g. URL for this page in French would be:

http://support.helprace.com/fr/i247-is-it-possible-for-end-user-to-change-language

The identifier is preserved when user navigates to other pages from there.
