Facebook & Twitter Channels

I'd like to configure Helprace in such a way that anything posted to my Facebook page is logged as a ticket. The same would be great for my Twitter too.

Facebook monitoring?

I've recently moved from using Zendesk to Helprace. I missing a key feature in the transition. In Zendesk I can configure it in such a way that anything posted to my Facebook page is logged as a ticket in Zendesk. Does similar functionality exist in Helprace? Thanks in advance.
