Customize Submit As options

I'm just getting Helprace set up, and I'm wondering if there's a way to customize the "Submit As" options. Currently, I just see Open, Pending, On Hold and Solved. These are essentially ticket status, and I want to add additional options (Awaiting Approval, Awaiting Purchase,  Awaiting Delivery, etc.). Is this possible?  Thank you!

Unfortunately there is no way to change ticket statuses. They are hardcoded and many workflow rules are build upon them. The only option is to add separate custom field with your own additional statuses. You can add it at Settings > Tickets > Ticket Fields. You can also add this field to the ticket list view. Please give it a try.
