Teams and Groups

I'm pretty "new" on this site, Since I'm having a lot of problem creating a group for my company, I just wanna ask what's the difference between Teams and Groups, what advantages does Team have instead of group?

Thanks for asking! Groups are a collection of your users and Teams are a collection of your staff.
