Is there an auto reply setting? When a customer emails our support mailbox, We would like to send an auto-reply to the customer immediately.
Is there an auto reply setting? When a customer emails our support mailbox, We would like to send an auto-reply to the customer immediately.
You can enable the auto reply on the Settings > Triggers page in your admin panel. Click on the menu button to the right from the "Auto Reply" trigger and select "Activate".
You can also click on the trigger to edit the auto reply email template.
