Is it possible to change a users organization or name? Some users who register themselves in the customer portal, don't fill in their organization or spell it differently then others. I would like to be able to change this myself. This way, it would be easier for us to relocate tickets from the same organization. Is this possible?
You can edit all user details on the People page in the Admin Panel now.
Although it is not possible right now, we'll add this option pretty soon. We're currently developing a new update to user management. Ability to change user details (not limited to organization and name, but also address, social network profiles and more!) is a part of it. Stay tuned!
