Can I create FAQ by myself?

While setting up my support portal, is it possible for me to ask and answer FAQs to show up under the category of "Frequently Asked Questions", before clients have to ask, or initiate, these questions themselves?

Sure, you can add ask and answer FAQs before your clients. Please check this guide for details:  Participating in the Community from the Admin Panel.

Any questions that you or your customers ask appear on the main page of your support portal under "Frequently Asked Questions". Questions with a higher rating are displayed higher in the list. By default it shows 5 top rated FAQs. You can change that by going to the Settings > GENERAL > Space Page in your Admin Panel and changing "Records to Show" setting under "Questions".

We recommend to use knowledge base, as a more convenient way to share information with your customers.
