Responsive design for admin panel
Support Desk and Admin panel both are not responsive designs and not working fine on mobile screens. Need to address this issue.

Although we didn't make the admin panel responsive, the user portal has been designed to work on mobile screens. Could you please let me know if you've noticed any issues on the user portal? Thank you!
There are some issues in User Portal but mainly Admin Panel is problem. We can't work in admin panel from a mobile screen.
Feel free to share the issues in the user portal with me (if you could make a screenshot, that would be awesome).
