Email Improvements, More Control and... No More Helprace Links :)

This week's update was mostly supposed to be maintenance-related - but - we couldn't help ourselves and packed in some cool features!
Naturally we're real excited that you'll finally get to try them out:
More like regular email
We improved the way Helprace formats emails when agent replies and ticket update notifications are sent. They now look like more regular email conversations between you and your customers.
No more "Helprace" in emails
Emails generated by Helprace won't have that pesky link in the footer anymore. We removed any mention of Helprace from emails in trial and paid plans.
Open buttons in a new tab
Working on multiple tickets or topics is now a breeze: You can now open conversations in a new tab with Ctrl+Click or clicking the middle mouse button on PCs, and with ⌘+Click on Macs. This also works for categories, ticket filters, and other commands in the Admin Panel.
Updated default ticket filters
We have improved the Recently Updated and Recently Solved default ticket filters to show more relevant results (If you’ve changed the default settings, you won’t notice any changes, you would need to restore defaults in that case).
New user menu
Clicking your name in the User Portal will now show a dropdown menu to your profile, Admin Panel, etc.
