For our community, I would like to suggest that the landing page my new visitors go to are made to be simpler and directed directly to the conversatio box. I would collapse the Facebook look of recent convos and what's new stuff and go with a Google Page
Bill, almost each block on the main page is arbitrary. They are shown by default in order to display the capabilties of the HelpRace. It is easy to turn them off though. You can do that in the Admin Panel on the Settings > Space Page or Home Page if you have multiple spaces. Learn more by checking the Branding your Helprace to match your business profile article.
