I can't seem to find an option to limit what an agent can do in the back end, is there a way to do this and if not, is this something that's in planning? For example, I'd like to prevent certain agents from being able to delete posts, but I still want them to be able to move posts and reply to questions.
Thank you for your suggestion, Lars-Göran! Right now there are four user roles in Helprace. It might be a good idea to consider to have more roles with certain permissions. Feel free to suggest roles with detailed permissions description (e.g. how they are different from 'user' or 'agent'). I'm inviting everyone to contribute!
Well, for one, in our case, we'd like to have community managers, they should be able to move posts to the right sections, but they shouldn't be able to delete posts as mentioned above. They would be a sort of reduced access agent according to your user levels. This is very common in traditional forums and the role in most forums are known as moderator. On some forums, moderators have rights limited to only a certain sub-section or they can moderate the entire forum, depending on what rights they've been granted.
