Multi-branding

It would be great to be able to customize more than just a 32x32 logo/space.

For our products and some specific projects, each will have its own website and related analytics, branding, etc. If we could point subdomains for each to its own helprace space, and connect analytics, etc, we could manage them all under one helprace account.

While those options don't exist, even though we can set up separate spaces for each, which is cool, we cannot utilize them very well. So, we will need to either go to a different provider with richer multiple product support or set up multiple accounts.

We also need to be able to set up the widget per product, project, etc. (or space) as suggested here: https://support.helprace.com/i172-can-you-just-have-a-widget-for-a-particular-space

I agree... Having multiple branding for the different widgets, would make this help desk almost complete.

We designed spaces to be normally used for close though separate things, like different departments of your company, different services that you or company provide, separate products that serve different needs, but have the same people behind them. In this case you'll have them all under one "umbrella" - your brand. After user selects a space (from the home page space selector or if you direct them to the space page directly), they will only see and search topics within that space. If user needs to go back to the home page or select a different space, they have that option too.

If you would like to have isolated areas, which are not related to each other, you should create separate Helprace accounts for them. Thank you for understanding.

Separate independent spaces with no attachment to the home page

Hello, is it possible to have separate independent spaces with no attachment to the home page?

For instance, if I'm running two or more non-related niches (something like separate Facebook pages under one account) where one one niche is about PERSONAL FINANCES, the other one is about ONLINE MARKETING TIPS, and let's say that the other one is where I share FAITH related topics.

As you can see, none of these SPACES are related at all, but if the HOME page link that links all of these SPACES is visible, people would be able to move from one space to the next and I prefer to keep them independent from each other.

Given that you need to setup completely separate support portals for each product with different URL, analytics, branding, feedback widget, it appears to me that setting up a separate Helprace account per each project would be the most convenient option.Is there something that you do not like in setting up multiple accounts? Please share with me and I'll do my best find the best solution for you.

By the way, you can use the same username and password to login to every Helprace account. You could be an agent in one Helprace account and end-user in another one. Also you can easily be the administrator in all accounts that you would setup for your projects. By the way, if you have logged in to one of the accounts, it will log you in automatically when you visit a page of another account.
