Changing ticket requester

Every ticket has a requester - the person who receives replies to the ticket. Normally a requester is the same person who submitted the ticket, but an agent can change it anytime.

To change the requester in a ticket follow these steps:

1. Click on the their avatar, name, or the the ⋮ button and select Change Requester.

2. Start typing a desired requester's name or email if this user is already registered. Then select it from the list.

If the user does not exist yet, click Add User to create a new one.

Like any ticket property change, this one needs confirmation to be saved (unsaved properties have light blue background). You must use the "Submit as ..." button to complete the requester change. No worries - if you didn't type anything to the Reply field, there will be no emails sent to the requester.
