Import knowledge base articles from Word, HTML or RSS feed

Would love to be able to import knowledge base articles from Word or HTML documents.

Or from an RSS feed. That might even be the easiest to implement.

I like to use Clarify to create my help docs, and it can export to Word, PDF and HTML, or to WordPress.

I know I can change the order of knowledge base articles and categories via drag'n'drop (the Change Order menu).

What I would also want is sort them by date or name.

We have a very lively community. They write lots of articles on different platforms, such as wikia. We would like to keep all information within our Helprace account though.

If would be nice to have articles crowd-sourced by our community, rather than created by us. The user interface may be similar to knowledge base.

Have abitlity to put Knowledge Base on Home Page

Right now if we have multiple spaces, then the knowledge base won't show up at all on the home page. This is discouraging as there should be a way for users to know on the home page that a knowledge base exists.

We should be able to create articles that show up on the home page in a knowledge base module

Markup support or keyboard shortcuts

When writing technical articles in the KB, it would help a lot to have the ability to use markup syntax within the editor. Once used to it, it is slow and cumbersome to have to use the mouse to select a piece of text to turn it into inline code, for instance.

If integrating markup is complex, it would help to have some keyboard shortcuts for developers, like one for "{ } code". To name a few:

inline code
clear format
paste without format (usually CRTL-SHIFT-V)
insert/edit code sample
