      <title>Full-functional editor for users</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>The visual editor available to users when they are posting to community has certain limitations compared to the editor in the admin panel. I understand why you might want to have it that way (users might make a mess).</p> <p>I would like to have an option to enable full-functional editor for users though. It is important for us to let users add headings and tables at the very least.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Any plans on an Android or iOS product? I've just moved over from Zendesk to Helprace and, while there are CONSIDERABLY more features with Helprace that I very much like, the lack of mobile device versions for agents is notably missing. Not a huge thing but wondering if there were plans? </p>]]></description>
