Choose an email address to be used to start a new ticket

I just read the article http://support.helprace.com/i314-return-email-address-in-my-ticket-replies where Edward explains how to select a default email address that will be used every time I start a new ticket, however, in my particular situation I use the help desk mostly as a centralized place for all my email addresses, it would be nice if you could develop something like the drop down menu in a FROM box that will be more user-friendly, specially if one is constantly creating new emails (tickets) instead of simply replying to them.

I could say that this way, HELPRACE could be more appealing for those like myself are looking for a cloud base alternative to handle multiple email addresses, not just for support related communications, but for regular emailing stuff.
