An option to turn off anti-spam

We have a lot of wrong spam detections (moreover, we got not just one real spam message). I want to turn it off, so our customers will not go into problem with missing articles.

Or, may be, there is way to notify administrators about every spam message?

Also it is good idea to show to user that his message go to spam, so he will understand what is happens and why he can not create article.

We have refined our anti-spam settings for all accounts, instead of adding an option to turn off anti-spam completely.

This should eliminate any spam false-positives (which the ultimate goal). If you'd notice any new legitimate tickets or topics marked as spam, please let us know.

Hi, we use Helprace for internal tasks only. Some of our tickets go into spam folder. Can we disable spam feature altogether?

We have researched on this issue further and it looks like Akismet (the anti-spam service Helprace is using to check every post, ticket and email) is mistakenly recognizing those messages as spam. Most likely Elena's email or IP address is on their black list for some reason. Akismet is the most popular anti-spam service in the world, so this means that her posts would likely be blocked on millions of sites as well. She might want to contact them and ask that your email or IP be removed from their black lists. That can be done on this page:

http://akismet.com/contact/

Click 'Search' and you'll see a contact form. Select "I think Akismet is catching my comments by mistake" and provide your details including IP address and email. They are known to react quickly on such requests.

It is not possible to disable the anti spam feature altogether, unfortunately.

Most of people in Russia has dynamic IP, so if I ask every man to go contact akismet they will go into a problem next day, cause they will got another IP that possible in ban.

That is why there must be possibility to disable it.

Sure, Alexandr. This totally makes sense. You can't expect your blacklisted customers to go to akismet every time. That was a reply from last year's idea, which was merged here.

Thank you for your question. It is not yet possible to turn off anti-spam, so I converted your question into idea. Everyone is welcome to vote for it.

Where I can find this option in settings?

It is not actually a setting that you can turn on. We improved the anti-spam detection instead. There should be no false-positives from now on. If you'll notice any legit content being marked as spam, please contact us through tickets and we will refine the filters further (until everyone is happy :).
